Van Mahotsav is an annual tree planting festival celebrated throughout India to honor and pay respect to the mighty creators and the lungs of Mother Earth.
Nation Public School, Aurangabad observed Van Mahotsav on the 22nd of July 2023. The teachers, students and all the other staff of the school looked up to the almighty plants and celebrated this event by spreading joy and good words about plants.
Every year, as a part of celebration, NPS has been giving many saplings to the children and the teachers. This motivation was taken to teach and inculcate the habit of respecting plants and taking care of them in children.
In the end, all the members planted wide variety of saplings across the School premises. The program became very successful because of the co-ordination and co-operation among all the members.
