“Mathematics is one of the essential emanations of the human spirit, a thing to be valued in and for itself, like art or poetry.”

An Inter-House Math Quiz Competition was held for Class VI –VIII at Nation Public School on August 19, 2023 to test the mathematical and logical acumen of the budding minds. The main objective of the quiz was to encourage children to look beyond their textual knowledge and to develop clarity in thinking.

In the competition, the children of all the four Houses of the school, Ashoka House, Gandhi House, Nehru House and Tagore House, participated enthusiastically and showed their understanding and talent to the questions asked and gave correct answers.Gandhi House was declared the winner of the competition. The quiz enhanced the inquisitiveness of the students thereby building confidence, mental prowess and learning at the same time.
